- italian style panko bread crumbs
- olive oil
- garlic powder
- grated or shredded parmesan cheese
How to Roast Broccoli
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Place broccoli in a large baking bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil. Toss with garlic powder, parmesan cheese, and panko bread crumbs.
- Place on a large rimmed baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
- Roast in oven for 15-20 minutes, depending on thickness of broccoli.

Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh broccoli washed and trimmed
- 2 TBSP olive oil
- 2 TBSP Grated or Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 2 TBSP Italian Style Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Place broccoli in a large mixing bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle on garlic powder, salt, cheese and bread crumbs. Toss until fully coated.
- Roast for 15-20 minutes, depending on thickness.
