HONEY LIME GRILLED CHICKEN
This honey lime marinade is one of my favorite ways to serve chicken during the summer months. This marinade produces a juicy and delicious chicken that is bursting with flavor! It pairs perfectly with a side like our BLT pasta salad, easy vegetable dip, or our popular oven roasted zucchini & squash.
Simple and & Delicious Marinade
This marinade is the star of the show. The flavors blend to make a slight citrus flavor and a touch of sweetness with the honey. You only need a few basic household spices for this recipe:
- Fresh Lime Juice & Zest
- Honey
- Light brown sugar
- Oil
- Soy Sauce
- Worcestershire Sauce
- Garlic bread & Onion Powder
How long should I marinate my chicken?
I like to have my chicken marinate for about 2 hours hours if possible but you can also let it marinate for as little as 30 minutes.

This was so good I was wiggling in my seat while I ate! Served it with rice & veggies. I did add 1/2 tsp garlic powder because I wasn’t sure what you meant by minced garlic… This recipe is a keeper, especially because I have a lime tree in my backyard!
