Easy Frozen Peanut Butter Pie Recipe
This frozen peanut butter pie recipe has been a family favorite for as long as I can remember! You only need a few simple ingredients to make this decadent dessert and it tastes like it came from a restaurant! The hardest part is waiting until the pie has completely froze before getting the chance to dig in. 🙂
How to make this Frozen Peanut Butter Pie Recipe:
- Start off with a graham cracker crust. You can either make your own or use store bought! Want to add a little more chocolate to your pie? Use a chocolate cookie crust instead!
- Beat your cream cheese and confectioners sugar until smooth. It’s best to use softened cream cheese so you don’t end up with little bits of cream cheese throughout your frozen pie.
- This recipe makes two pies! Great for larger gatherings, parties or for sharing with a neighbor! 🙂
- Allow your frozen pie to sit on the counter for a few minutes before serving, this will allow you to cut through the pie much easier.
It’s always fun to decorate your frozen pie with whipped topping and mini Reese’s peanut butter cups for an extra special presentation. No one will complain about extra chocolate, I promise 🙂 Don’t have chocolate syrup on hand, try making our homemade chocolate sauce it goes great with this easy frozen peanut butter pie and other recipes like our eclair cake!
