How to Make a Paper Plate Witch Craft

Follow these simple instructions and see how easy this craft is to create.

  1. First, cut your paper plate in half. Set one half aside.
  2. Then, paint your half of the paper plate green.
  3. While the paint is drying, make your witch’s hat by cutting out a black triangle and a black rectangle. Attach the two and add an orange strip of construction paper on the brim. You can also use our free witch template found here!
  4. Add your purple hair to the plate. A few pieces on each side of the plate will do.
  5. Add the googly eyes, the crooked nose, the smile, pink button cheeks, and the pom pom warts! Don’t forget her one little white tooth.

Tip: When adding the orange strip of paper to the witch hat, place the strip on the hat and glue it down before cutting the length of it! Once it’s glued on, trim the edges that go off of the hat. Easy peasy!
