Handprint art is a foolproof way to bring kids of all ages together and make something adorable! This ladybug handprint craft is simple, it’s fun, and best of all, it’s personalized to each kid based on their very own hands! Crafty Tips & Classroom Use

  • Feel free to use our pre-made handprint shape for easy crafting! However, if your kids are old enough to trace their own hand, this is a perfect way for them to develop and practice their fine motor skills!
  • Substitute black, pink, and red construction paper if you don’t have cardstock on hand.
  • Want to make this handprint ladybug even more special? Paint your childs hand red and press onto white cardstock. Now you can cut out a painted handprint to finish off the craft.
  • Use black crayons for another alternative to using black paint.
  • Go outside and get some leafy branches to glue your ladybugs to. If you have a group of ladybugs, get a big branch and have them climbing across it!
