How To Make a Monkey Wooden Spoon Craft

Step 1: Preparing the Wooden Spoons

Paint your wooden spoons with brown paint and let dry. We painted the whole spoon but you can choose to paint just one side if desired.

Step 2: Creating the Felt Face

Cut out your face pieces from your felt. We made two dark ears and two smaller inner ears. We cut out a small heart shape for the face and a oval for the mouth piece.

Step 3: Add Some Personality

Add some googly eyes and mini black pom poms to your monkey face.

Step 4: The final details

Draw on a smile and eyelashes, if desired with a Sharpie Marker. Curl a piple cleaner around a pencil and glue to the back of your spoon. We used hot glue for this part (adults only)
