Materials Needed for a Christmas Llama
Here’s what you need to make your holiday llama. These craft supplies are simple to find at any craft store or supercenter. I like to keep construction paper and pom poms on hand at all times so we are always ready for a craft. If you craft as much as me, you probably already have some of these items! Here’s what you need:
- FREE llama template
- white, light pink, kraft paper, green, and red construction paper or cardstock
- white pom pom
- cotton ball
- Green medium size pom poms
- glitter green pipe cleaner
- paint pen (bright pink or light pink)
- black Sharpie
You will also need some liquid glue or a gluestick to stick everything together. Hot glue is also an option, but be mindful of little fingers.
Feel free to use different colors for the hat and ear muffs. I stuck to Christmas colors, but a variety of colors would look amazing if you are doing this activity with a classroom of kids or a larger group! Let them pick their own colors to decorate their festive llamas before taking them home.
