Banana Cinnamon Smoothie: a delicious smoothie filled with a fresh banana flavor and a touch of spice.
I’m not a big “ice cream” person, don’t get me wrong, I enjoy ice cream especially during the summer months but it’s not my go to “snack.” However, I love a good smoothie! Yeah, I don’t get me either 🙂 This banana cinnamon smoothie is so delicious! The ice cream adds the perfect amount of creaminess and the cinnamon and dash of nutmeg adds a delicious spice to the smoothie.
While the bananas don’t have to be frozen to help with the flavor of this smoothie is does add another touch of creaminess to it. If you are short on time and don’t want to wait to freeze your bananas you may just need to add more ice, just know that the more ice you add the less “creamy” it will be 🙂

If you want to save on calories you could even use Halo Top’s vanilla bean ice cream which is one of my personal favorites 🙂 If you aren’t a big fan of nutmeg you can always leave that out as well.

Top it with a dash of cinnamon and a few fresh bananas and it’s a treat well deserved 🙂
