This Chocolate & Peanut Butter Pretzel Bark is simple and delicious! Who doesn’t love the mix of chocolate and peanut butter?
The classic flavors of chocolate and peanut butter seems to be a favorite with so many people and I’m telling you this chocolate and peanut butter pretzel bark is so delicious and comes together in less than 30 minutes from start to finish. Who doesn’t love a quick and simple recipe idea around the holidays? This pretzel bark would look adorable placed in a plastic bag and tied together with some pretty ribbon. You only need three simple ingredients for this bark: milk chocolate baking chips, peanut butter baking chips and some cinnamon sugar covered pretzels I got from Tastefully Simple….however…feel free to use whatever pretzels you have on hand and just sprinkle a cinnamon sugar mixture on top of the melted chocolate while it’s still warm 🙂
You could also swap out the peanut butter baking chips for jarred peanut butter if you want.
Chocolate & Peanut Butter Pretzel Bark
- 1 bag milk chocolate baking chips
- 1/2 bag peanut butter baking chips
- 1 bag Tastefully Simple Sweet Cinnamon Protein Pretzels crushed ( or 1/2 cup of crushed pretzels of your choice)
- Pour your milk chocolate baking chips in a microwave safe bowl and melt according to the instructions on the bag or in 30 second incremements. Repeat the same steps with your peanut butter baking chips. While the milk chocolate is still hot, spread evenly on a silpat baking sheet or piece of parchment paper. Layer your melted peanut butter chips on top of the milk chocolate and slowly mix the two chocolates together. Top with the crushed protein pretzels. Place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes or until completely hardened. Once hardened remove chocolate from silpat and break into bite sized pieces.
My kids and husband gobbled this bark up and I will probably need to make another batch before I thought I would. You could also add some fun m&m’s or other candy pieces to the top of the chocolate while it’s still warm. No matter what you do, it will be delicious! 🙂
This looks like a great recipe! I have never made a bark dessert before, but I think I will start with this one. It seems simple enough! I will be pinning this for sure. Thank you for sharing!
