Materials Needed To Make A Plastic Straw Donut Craft
- Free Donut & Frosting Template
- Cardstock- in whatever colors you want to make your icing and donut base.
- Colorful Plastic Straws (we used these and we have plenty for another craft like our straw rainbow)
- Scissors
- Glue or double sided tape – *liquid glue works best if you decide to use glue

How to Make a Donut Craft
STEP ONE:
- Using our free donut template, cut out your donut base and your frosting in your desired color.

STEP TWO:
- Glue your frosting to your donut base.

STEP THREE:
- Cut your plastic straws into small 1/2 inch pieces.

STEP FOUR:
- Glue your plastic straw sprinkle pieces onto the top of your donut. Liquid glue works best for holding them in place, but double-sided tape is another great option. We added a strip of tape to the frosting and simply pressed each straw piece right on top.
