Fingerprint Flower Bouquet Printable Template
Craft paint – pink, red, orange, yellow, blue, purple
Buttons (assorted colors – one per flower)
White cardstock (for flower creation)
Dark primary green cardstock (background/base layer)
Light lime green cardstock (for stems and leaves)
Lime green marker (for leaf detail lines)
Kraft-colored construction paper (for bouquet wrap)
White baker’s string (for the bow)
Liquid glue or hot glue (use hot glue with adult supervision only)
Scissors

How To Make A Fingerprint Flower Bouquet Craft

Step 1: Create Your Flower Centers

Add 6 small dots of glue spaced out across your white cardstock. Press a button onto each glue dot and let them dry completely, these will be the centers of your flowers.
Using your fingertip and craft paint, press five petals around each button. Start with one at the top, then add the other four petals spaced around it to form a full flower. Let the paint dry fully.

Step 2: Cut Out the Flowers

Once dry, carefully cut around each flower using a wavy or “sticker cut” style to create a decorative edge. Set aside.
Cut your kraft-colored bouquet wrap using the printable template. Then cut a 1-inch slit in the center of the wrap and fold each side corner outward to create the bouquet shape. Glue a brown strip behind the wrap edges (but only at the sides) to act as a “faux background” for the stems.

Step 3: Assemble the Background

Glue the completed bouquet wrap to the dark primary green cardstock. Then cut and insert lime green stems through the center slit, tucking them into the pocket created by your bouquet wrap.
Glue each flower top to the end of a green stem. Spread them out for a nice full bouquet look.
Cut out leaves from the lime green cardstock. Fold each one in half gently and unfold for dimension. Glue one leaf per stem (or wherever there’s space) and use a green marker to draw simple lines on the leaves for detail.
