Strawberry Lemonade Bars

One of my favorite flavors in the kitchen is lemon! Throw in a little bit of strawberry and I am in heaven. That’s exactly what I did with these lemon bars. They are the perfect balance of sweet and tart–just the way I like it! I even threw in a secret ingredient—lemonade drink mix! These bars only last 2 days in this house 🙂

I don’t see why it wouldn’t! You will have to let me know how it turns out! It would be great to put a frozen one in the kids lunches and by lunch it would be ready to eat!
How much flour goes in the filling? It only says 1/4. 1/4 what?
