These Monster marshmallows are the perfect monster treat for kids of all ages to make! Grab a bag of marshmallows and a few other ingredients and you will have these silly monsters in no time!
We love making easy halloween treats during the fall season and these monster marshmallow pops are such a fun treat to make with even the littlest taste testers. You only need a few simple kitchen supplies and ingredients to make this yummy treat!
Ingredients needed to Make Monster Marshmallows
- Candy Melting Chocolate, in your desired colors – we use the Wilton brand
- Lollipop Sticks
- Candy Eyeballs
- Sprinkles – we used brown and rainbow but green sprinkles or a “spooky” orange would be fun!
- Marshmallows – we used regular size marshmallows
How To Make a Monster Marshmallow Pop
Step 1: Melt Candy Chocolate
Melt your chocolate wafers in the microwave at 30 second increments or in a candy melting pot which is what I personally use and love! Insert lollipop sticks into marshmallows.
Step 2: Dip in Chocolate
Dip your marshmallows in the melted chocolate. You can either cover half of your marshmallow or the whole thing-whatever you decide!
Step 3: Decorate with Sprinkles and Eyes
While the chocolate is still warm dip your marshmallow into sprinkles or even crushed up candy pieces. Place your candy eyeballs on the marshmallow using the melted chocolate as a glue if needed. If desired, you can insert your sticks into a foam square to stand upright while they harden.
