With three children under the age five long vacations are a bit more difficult to enjoy. We still want to be able to create lasting memories with our children so we decided to do a few “stay-cations” while the kids are little. One of our favorite seasons is the Fall and we decided to head to a local pumpkin patch that was about 45-50 minutes away.
We gathered in the car mid-morning and talked about some of the fun animals and activities we would do at the pumpkin patch on the way. With the help of Graco and their new Extend2Fit 3-in-1 Car Seat, out little miss was riding in style! Recently our state, Pennsylvania, passed a law that children under the age of 2 need to remain rear-facing. My children are tall for their age and I was worried how her legs would fit as she grew. In addition to the five extra inches of legroom, this car seat is really three car seats in one: rear-facing with harness, forward-facing with harness, and high-back belt-positioning booster. It’s a car seat that really will grow with her.
The car seat is also equipped with a 10-position adjustable headrest and a 6-position recline, along with a steel-reinforced frame that provides strength and durability for up to 10 years.
Some other great features are:
- Fuss-free harness storage which holds the buckle out of the way for easy in and out
- SimplySafe™ Adjust harness system helps you easily adjust the height of the harness and headrest together
- Easy-to-read level indicator so you know you are putting the car seat in correctly
- Machine washable seat cover makes clean up easy for parents
I love how much extra room this gives my little baby girl! I can feel good about my daughter riding in this car seat knowing that she is comfortable and safe. The Graco Extend2Fit 3-in-1 Car Seat is available at Babies R Us for $249.99. .
While we were at the pumpkin patch the kids got to enjoy so many fun activities like feeding the animals, going through a corn maze, eating cider donuts, playing on the playground, going on a tractor ride and more!
We even made a video to share some of our favorite moments of the day!
