Easy Homemade Waffles
These easy homemade waffles are our go-to weekend waffles! Fluffy insides with a slight crunch on the outside is just how a perfect waffle should be!

Servings 4 Belgian Waffles
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 TBSP sugar
- 4 tsp baking POWDER
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
In a stand mixer or hand mixer whisk eggs until pale in color and fluffy (almost foam like) about 4 minutes.
While eggs are being whisked mix together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.
In a small bowl mix together vanilla, milk and butter. Add to flour mixture and mix just until combined. Don’t over mix.
Gently fold in eggs. Pour batter into waffle maker and cook according to waffle maker instructions
