Easy Homemade Waffles

These easy homemade waffles are our go-to weekend waffles! Fluffy insides with a slight crunch on the outside is just how a perfect waffle should be!

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 TBSP sugar
  • 4 tsp baking POWDER
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  • In a stand mixer or hand mixer whisk eggs until pale in color and fluffy (almost foam like) about 4 minutes.
  • While eggs are being whisked mix together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.
  • In a small bowl mix together vanilla, milk and butter.  Add to flour mixture and mix just until combined. Don’t over mix.
  • Gently fold in eggs. Pour batter into waffle maker and cook according to waffle maker instructions
