Start by cutting out your template pieces.

Create a swirl starting from the outside of the circle working in (like a lollipop).

Add face pieces towards the bottom so you can still see the swirl. Add a smile or a smirk to their faces.

Glue to printable paper and add a sweet message! Use a personalized message or the one from the template.
