Start by cutting the large marshmallows in half. Dip the cut half in some powdered sugar, so it’s not sticky.

Place your marshmallows on parchment paper. Draw on a face and ear muffs with cookie icing.

Add mini M&Ms to the side of each marshmallow to be the fuzzy earmuffs.
