Bayou Bourbon Shredded Chicken

pork loin

Bayou Bourbon Glaze

pineapple chunks

pineapple juice

beef broth
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours. Remove pork loin from crockpot. Use two forks to shred pork and return to crockpot for 1/2 an hour. Serve on ciabatta role, salad or pizza.
