Begin by cutting out the template pieces for the boat from your brown paper. Draw your lines in different areas to look like wood paneling.

Rip a piece of blue paper and glue to white cardstock to look like water. Glue boat pieces to cardstock.

Cut out your animal template pieces or color your template pieces and then cut out. Glue to boat in desired spots.
