Easy Chicken Salad Recipe
This Easy Chicken Salad Recipe is a delicious quick fix lunch option! Add purple grapes and walnuts for an added crunch or leave them out for picky eaters!
- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 3/4 cup mayo
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 stalk celery, diced small or to preference
- 1-2 Tbsp red onion, diced small or to preference
- 1/3 cup grapes, cut in half
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
In a large bowl whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper.
Add chicken, celery, red onion, grapes and walnuts. Toss until mixed together.
Refrigerate until ready to serve on bread.
