This Chicken Parmesan One Pot Pasta is a delicious and simple meal the whole family will love. Pair with a garden salad, and bread for a quick weeknight dinner.
Add a touch of olive oil in the Dutch oven, then add the chicken, basil, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook until the chicken is almost done.
Add the entire jar of marinara sauce and two cups of water.
Bring to a boil and add pasta.
Cover and simmer until the pasta is soft about 10 to 15 minutes. Stir occasionally and add small amounts of water if needed.
Stir in ½ cup of the mozzarella cheese and ¼ cup of the parmesan cheese until they are melted.
Top with the remaining cheeses. Sprinkle Panko breadcrumbs on the top.
Place under the broiler in the oven and cook for three to five minutes or until the cheese is melted and the breadcrumbs are golden brown. Serve Immediately.
