Mix together cake mix, eggs and canola oil. Batter will be on the thicker side.
Shape into 1 inch balls. Place on parchment covered baking sheet.
Bake for 8-9 minutes at 375 degrees. You want them just slightly underdone.
While baking, cut marshmallows in half width wise. Place on top of hot cookies, cut side down.
Place in the oven under BROIL just until golden brown, watch carefully so they don't brown.
Melt 1/2 cup to 1 cup chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl until completely melted.
Use a fork to add a drizzle over cookies.
