Ingredients

cup
vanilla yogurt / Greek or regular
can also use plain yogurt if desired

cup
milk ( cows milk, soy, almond, oat )

cups
green spinach
1
frozen banana
1
cup
frozen pineapple ( can also use mixture or mango pineapple
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a high speed blender, starting with the liquids
Blend at high speed until creamy and spinach is fully mixed. Add more milk or frozen fruit if needed.
Serve immediately.
