  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana frozen if you want your smoothie even thicker
  • 1 cup milk any variety
  • 1-2 Tbsp honey


  • Combine the milk, strawberries, banana, and 1 Tablespoon honey in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and add more honey if needed.
  • Add more milk if you need to thin it out, or more strawberries if you'd like it thicker.
