2 cups frozen strawberries 1 banana frozen if you want your smoothie even thicker 1 cup milk any variety 1-2 Tbsp honey
Combine the milk, strawberries, banana, and 1 Tablespoon honey in a blender.

Add more milk if you need to thin it out, or more strawberries if you'd like it thicker.
