Sheet Pan Pancakes: a quick and simple breakfast recipe when you want delicious pancakes for breakfast but are short on time. Add toppings like fruit and chocolate for different options.
Add the dry ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk together. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until combined.
Line a half-size baking sheet (mine was an 18 x 13) with parchment paper and pour the pancake batter onto the pan.
Put the strawberries and blueberries evenly over ½ of the batter and chocolate chips on the other half. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into squares and serve with syrup.
