1 pkg white chocolate wafers 1 pkg milk chocolate wafers 1 cup sweetened dried cranberries 3/4 cup macadamia nuts, coarsley chopped
Line cookie sheet with parchment paper or silpat. Melt vanilla and chocolate bark according to package directions in separate dishes.
Remove from heat and stir ½ cup cranberries and ½ cup macadamia nuts into white chocolate.
Spread milk chocolate on parchment paper in a rectangular shape. Carefully spread white chocolate mixture on top.
Sprinkle remaining dried cranberries and nuts on top. Place in refrigerator and allow to cool completely.
Break into small pieces. Store in air tight container.
