1/4cupsemi-sweet chocolate chipsyou can also use milk chocolate chips for a sweeter sauce
Place cocoa, milk, honey, and salt in a small saucepan. Whisk over medium-low heat until the mixture is thick and the cocoa has completely dissolved. Remove from heat and add vanilla and chocolate chips. Stir until chocolate chips have melted.
Pour into jar or air-tight covered container. Cool to room temperature, cover and store in the refrigerator.
