Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, washed, hulled and cut in half fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  • Bring the ingredients to a simmer on medium heat.
  • Continue to cook for 15-20 minutes until the mixture begins to thicken.
  • You can now use a small mesh strainer and small bowl to push out the remaining juice from the strawberries. You can save the strawberries for toast and such.
  • Add 2-3 Tablespoons to every (1) cup of milk, more if you like your milk sweeter.
