Bayou Bourbon Shredded Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork loin
  • 3/4 cup Bayou Bourbon Glaze
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup beef broth

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours. Remove pork loin from crockpot. Use two forks to shred pork and return to crockpot for 1/2 an hour. Serve on ciabatta role, salad or pizza.
