Peppermint Whipped Cream

heavy cream

peppermint extract

confectioners sugar
Instructions
Using an electric mixer, whisk the whipped cream until soft peaks start to form. Add peppermint extract and confectioners sugar. Whisk for until it starts to thicken.
Notes
Store in refrigerator for 2-3 days.
