First, cut out a handprint shape on your white construction paper or cardstock. I didn't cut all the way between the fingers, just a simple outline.

Next, add two black dots for your eyes using your black marker or Sharpie. Add a cute little smile as well.

Then, glue on your pink pom poms to look like rosy cheeks.

Make your witch hat using black cardstock. Add a purple glitter stripe around the brim of the hat. Glue the hat to the ghost's head.
