Cut small strips of purple paper and attach right beneath the black fingertips to look like the witch's hair.

Add a black strip of paper above the purple hair to look like the brim of the witch's hat.

Add googly eyes, and a crooked nose using glue.

Draw on a smile or open mouth using your black marker.

Draw on green warts using a green marker.

Dip the hard end of a paintbrush into pink paint and dot it on the witch's cheeks.
