Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together oats, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and baking powder.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together pumpkin, milk, brown sugar, egg and vanilla.
  • Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix together until fully combined.
  • Pour in a greased 9 x 9 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until oatmeal is set.
