Christmas Sprinkle Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 box white cake mix ( you do not need ingredients on back of box )
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 2 eggs
- Christmas sprinkles (both nonparelis and jimmies)
Instructions
- Mix together cake mix, canola oil and eggs. Batter will be thick.
- Roll into 1 inch balls.
- Carefully roll balls into sprinkles.
- Place on parchment covered baking sheet.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until done.
- Let cool.
