Hot Reuben Dip

Cheesy Hot Reuben Dip: a delicious dip based off the flavors of the classic reuben sandwich  It's loaded with corned beef, sauerkraut, cheese, and thousand island dressing. It's a great cheesy appetizer that pairs well with pita chips, crackers and your other favorite dippers.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb corned beef, diced ( from the Deli)
  • 8 ounces swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 - 14 ounce can sauerkraut, drained very well
  • 3/4 - 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup thousand island dressing

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, stir all ingredients together with a wooden spoon.
  • Transfer mixture to a serving dish that can be placed in the oven.
  • Bake for about 20 to 30 minutes, or until dip is bubbling and nicely browned.
