Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh asparagus washed and trimmed
  • 2 TBSP olive oil
  • 2 TBSP Grated or Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 TBSP Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Place asparagus on a large rimmed baking sheet
  • Drizzle with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle on garlic powder, salt, cheese and bread crumbs.
  • Roast for 15-20 minutes, depending on thickness.
