Oat Crumble

butter, cold & diced
Berry Filling

mixed berries, raspberries, blackberries & blueberries

all purpose flour
1/4

lemon juice

vanilla extract
Instructions
Oat Crumble
In a small food processor pulse sugars, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and butter until it resembles coarse crumbs.
With a wooden spoon mix in rolled oats. I like my oats to stay their size without getting blended down with the other ingredients. Set aside.
Berry Filling
In a large bowl mix together filling ingredients until berries are covered with flour.
Pour filling ingredients in a 9x9 in greased baking pan.
Spoon crumb topping on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until crisp is bubbling and the crumb topping is golden brown.
