Strawberry Cake Mix Cookies are easy cake mix cookies with a strawberry flavor twist.  Add sprinkles for a Funfetti strawberry cookie the kids will love!

Ingredients

  • 1 box strawberry cake mix
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 2 eggs
  • sprinkles, if desired

Instructions

  • Mix together cake mix, oil, and eggs. Mix until fully combined. 
  • Add sprinkles if desired. 
  • Scoop into 1 inch balls with cookie scoops
  • Add more sprinkles on top, if desired.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until centers are just about set.
