Ingredients

Marinade

  • 2 cups soy sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 TBSP molasses

Sauce

  • 6 pork chops, bone in
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 2/3 cup chili sauce, the kind you use for burgers and fries
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 TBSP water
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground mustard

Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, bring soy sauce, water, brown sugar and molasses to a boil. Remove from the heat; cool to room temperature. 
  • Pour into a large resealable plastic bag; add pork chops. Seal bag and refrigerate for 2-6 hours. Drain and discard the marinade. Place pork chops in a 13 x 9 baking dish. 
  • Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Combine the sauce ingredients; pour over chops. Bake, uncovered for 30 minutes or until meat juices run clear
