Double Chocolate Cookies Recipe: a delicious chocolate cookies recipe that is made with a cake mix and semi sweet chocolate chips!  They are delicious, soft and chocolaty!

Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix, I used Devil's Food Cake
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Mix together chocolate cake mix, canola oil and eggs until fully combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Using a one inch cookie scoop, scoop batter onto silpat covered baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. ( I would check at 8 minutes- you want them just the tiniest bit under done when you take them out of the oven)
