Rustic Herb Pork & Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 pork tenderloin about 1 1/2 lbs.
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Rustic Herb Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients but the cornstarch in the slow cooker and cook for 6-7 hours on low heat. Add more liquid if needed towards the last few hours. Remove pork loin and shred with a fork. Add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch to the liquid. Add meat back in and allow to cook for another 20 minutes.
