Simple Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 TBSP. Butter
  • 2 TBSP. Flour
  • 1 cup shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Sprinkle flour over melted butter while stirring to form a roux.
  • Gradually add milk to roux while whisking until smooth.
  • Cook about 5 minutes until thickened.
  • Add in the cheese while stirring until it is melted and smooth.
  • Stir in seasoned salt.
  • Serve hot.
