Add coconut oil and Italian sausage to a skillet and brown sausage. While the sausage is continuing to cook add diced squash and zucchini. Continue to cook for 2-4 minutes or until zucchini and squash begin to tenderize. Add canned diced tomatoes and spices and allow to simmer for 10-15 minutes, add chicken broth if mixture becomes too thick. Sprinkle parmesan and mozzarella cheese on top and continue to cook until cheese is melted. Serve hot and enjoy!
