Glaze Icing
Ingredients
- 1 lb powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp clear vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 1/8 tsp butter flavoring optional
- 1/4 cup water
- few drops Americolor Bright White Gel optional
- Mix all ingredients together on lowest mixer setting. Mix well for at least one minute.
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together for 1-2 minutes on low speed.
Notes
When icing is piped onto cookie it should not spread. Add more confectioners sugar or water until consistency desired is met.
