Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, cream together sugar and butter until creamy.
Mix in your lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla extract, lemonade mix and egg.
Stir in all dry ingredients until combined.
Roll a heaping teaspoon of dough into a ball and place on baking sheet.
Bake for 9-11 minutes or until the bottoms are barely brown.
Remove from oven and allow to cool on tray for a few minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
