Cinnamon Sugar Almonds

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 cups raw almonds

Instructions

  • In a skillet or pot combine water, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla extract. Cook on medium-high heat until sugar has dissolved. Add almonds to mixture and continue to stir constantly until sugar begins to crystallize. ( could take up to 15 minutes) Remove from heat and cool the almonds on wax or parchment paper. ENJOY!
