Mix together water, buttermilk, sugar, melted butter and yeast in a bowl. Allow to sit for 5 minutes..
Add in salt, eggs and flour and mix for 7 minutes.
Allow to sit for 10 minutes.
Roll dough out on to greased countertop into a 12 x 16 inch square.
Mix together butter and pumpkin puree. Spread on dough. Sprinkle brown sugar, cinnamon and pumpkin spice on top. Roll tightly and cut into 12 -14 large rolls.
Place in a greased baking pan and bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until edges are a soft brown color and insides are cooked through. ** Make sure you don't overcrowd your cinnamon rolls.
With an electric hand mixer beat together icing ingredients until desired consistency is met. Pour over warm cinnamon rolls and serve.
