Gather All INGREDIENTS

WHISK FLOUR, SUGAR, BAKING POWDER, CINNAMON, AND SALT. GRATE FROZEN BUTTER. ADD BUTTER TO FLOUR BOWL AND TOSS TO COMBINE.

IN A SMALL BOWL, WHISK MILK, LEMON JUICE, LEMON ZEST, EGG, AND VANILLA. POUR OVER FLOUR MIXTURE AND MIX.

GENTLY FOLD IN BLUEBERRIES. FORM DOUGH INTO A BALL WITH FLOURED HANDS AND TRANSFER TO BAKING SHEET.

CUT INTO 8 EQUAL WEDGES. TOP WITH SPRINKLE OF SUGAR AND A TOUCH OF LEMON ZEST. 

05.

BAKE AT 400 DEGREES FOR 20 - 25 MINUTES. ENJOY!
