Start by cutting out our free tempalte using the colored cardstock of your choice. Add brown cocoa paper to each mug at the top.

Using your paint pen, draw snowflakes and decorative designs on your mugs.

Attach two googly eyes if you wish, as well as face elements using a black marker.

Add 4 white pom poms to the cocoa in each mug.
